Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing large condominium complex. Townhouse complex experience, with landscaping, pool and other shared community space, preferred. Experience in handling contractors, bids, and property management oversight required. Excellent communication skills and savvy interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents and vendors. Exceptional attention to details and deadlines. Exceptional multi-tasking skills and calm demeanor to handle community complaints and issues. Financial management skills regarding budgeting, record-keeping, and reporting. Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college/university is strongly desired. Community Manager Certification: CMCA, AMS, and/or PCAM Proficiency in relevant software applications and property management tools, such as Building Link or similar software programs. Proficient knowledge of current versions of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Access, and Outlook. Excellent references required, upon request.
