Description
Downtown Bethesda, MD based firm seeks experienced portfolio community manager for 7-10 small to medium sized communities in Montgomery County.
Our community managers are supported by and collaborate with an experienced staff of professionals, including a full-time bookkeeper and department administrator, who handle many of the daily administrative tasks for our clients. Our community managers primarily focus on collaborating with community boards; the coordination and supervision of vendors performing routine recurring tasks and special projects; property inspections; budgeting, planning and financial management; coordination of regular and annual board meetings; and the general administration of communities in sync with their applicable governing documents. This position involves working both in office and remotely, and routine community visits.

Requirements
All candidates must have 2+ years experience as a portfolio community manager, a college degree, and reliable personal transportation. Candidates should also have excellent communications and organizational skills, strong computer skills (including website administration), and an ability to seamlessly multi-task and prioritize critical tasks in a fast paced environment. Familiarity with TOPS / Enumerate and SmartWebs software is a plus. CAI credentials preferred.
