Company History
WPM Real Estate Management was formed in 2005 by two long-time property management industry leaders — Metro Property Management and Washington Place Management.
The two companies, along with The Time Group, combined their management resources and expertise to create a stronger company, better positioned, with greater resources and expertise, to serve the needs of both homeowners and investment real estate clients.
Today, WPM Real Estate Management provides a full suite of property management services for over 17,000 units and 35,000 people in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan area.
