Company Overview
Watergate at Landmark is a condominium association comprised of 1,460 individually and privately owned units within five buildings in a 37-acre complex. Watergate is a gated community providing 24-hour security, a fitness center, racquet club, saunas, tennis courts (indoor and outdoor), indoor and outdoor pools, shuttle bus service, beauty salon, market and other amenities.
Watergate at Landmark has a staff of approximately 75 full-time employees working in five departments: Management, Maintenance, Environmental Services, Patrol Services and Resident Services.
Benefits
Watergate offers a generous benefit plan that, in addition to the benefits listed above, also offers a health insurance buyout plan (whereby employees who do not wish health coverage through the association can receive a monthly buyout), access to a legal plan, credit union membership, education benefits and more.
