Vaughan Group, Ltd. is a real estate investment/management firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. The company was formed in 1982 to acquire, manage and develop multifamily, commercial and residential real estate projects in Ohio and Florida. It currently owns and/or manages approximately 2500 multifamily units including both apartments and condominiums
Company History
VGL’s property management division was originally established in the mid-1980’s for the purpose of developing a superior property management workforce and achieving closely supervised cost and quality control in the property operations of its portfolio and fee managed properties. In the early 1990’s, VGL began offering its property management services to condominium communities. A few years later VGL established its construction/maintenance division to compliment its property management services.
Over the years, VGL has grown to over 60 experienced property professionals dedicated to providing the most responsive, cost effective and professional property management services available anywhere. This has been achieved by developing a highly motivated and skilled property management, bookkeeping and maintenance staff applying closely monitored quality and expense control standards to each property management assignment. Each prospective VGL employee receives employment screening that includes background checks and drug screening. All VGL employees are fully trained, bonded and insured.
