Company Overview

Titan Management is an exciting, vibrant, innovative and fast-growing full service community association management company in its eighth year of operation in Central Florida. The company is privately owned by the President/CEO and manages 125 community associations on behalf of our boards, many of which are developer controlled.

Last year was a “watershed” year for Titan Management as we “pressed the pause button” on our early rapid growth to consolidate our position. We began by asking our customers, vendors and staff how we were doing and where we needed to improve. We then utilized this information to develop our first Strategic & Business Plan. The Plan has helped guide us as we make significant process improvements and system enhancements throughout the company. These improvements are underpinned by our company-wide focus on quality and recognizing that our people are the key to our success!
