Company Overview
The Reserve is located along 30 miles of shoreline of Lake Keowee, SC, in the
foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The property consists of 3,900 acres
including 1,400 acres of green space and up to 1,600 permitted homesites.
Greenwood has already completed over $100 million in amenities, including the Jack
Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, Orchard House clubhouse, Marina and Village.
The Village area is the heart of the community, and is anchored on one end of the Great
Lawn by the Orchard House, and at the other end by the Marina. Founder’s Hall, the Post
O ce, Sales Center and The Market have been completed in The Village
