Founded by Carmen Villarma in 1985, The Management Group, Inc. (TMG INC.) is the premier property management leader in the Pacific Northwest. We have more than 100 employees managing over 14,000 residential units in Washington and Oregon. As a private independent company, our portfolio includes community associations, single family homes and apartment communities.
From our beginnings as a small business nearly 25 years ago, in every place that we’ve managed, and every place that we touch, we’ve tried to make things a little better than we found them.
