Coral Management Company is celebrating over 31 years in business and continues to be guided by the corporate mission under which the Company was founded - to be the premier provider of real estate services in every market Coral serves. Coral pursues this mission by creating value for every client, applying industry leading knowledge, experience, and technology to our client’s needs and delivering service that is responsive and thoughtful. The Coral team of over 60 experienced professionals is proud of the management portfolio that Coral represents and is dedicated to continuing Coral’s growth in Northeast Ohio. Midwest Real Estate News Magazine named Coral in their “Best of the Best” issue as a top property management firm.
Coral’s dedication to its community association clients continues with several recent investments. Coral’s financial reporting software is designed exclusively for the accounting, reporting, and communications needs of community associations. Our completely redesigned corporate website provides new levels of communication and access to information for our Community Association clients. Additionally, we offer our Association clients an online accounts payable reporting system that will allow Board members real time, on line access to the accounts payable reporting for their community.
Coral manages over 20 condominium and homeowner association communities across Northeast Ohio, representing over 3,000 homes, and has forged strong and lasting relationships with our clients. Our operating philosophy of serving each community with a team approach [operations, accounting, executive management, and strategic planning] allow us to deliver the best of our resources to each community we serve.
We are committed to continued growth of our community association management business, being mindful of the resources we need to maintain our standard of service and the importance of aligning ourselves with communities dedicated to value and quality service.
Company History
The Coral Company’s humble beginnings date back to November 4, 1987 where Founder and President, Peter Rubin, rented a small space in the back of a vacuum cleaner warehouse.
Coral’s revenue was 100% development-dependent. The recession hit. We had to change our focus. Coral was fortunate to weather the storm by reinventing ourselves as a service provider. The new business model required a culture shift. The foundation was laid and Peter Rubin built a service and solutions-driven team. We’re now 60 team members and going strong.
In our 31 year history, we have been involved with more than 50 development projects totaling more than five million square feet of commercial, residential, and mixed-use space. We have built a reputation for creatively tackling complex urban real estate challenges and we’ve created award winning communities, revitalized historic assets, and strengthened neighborhoods.
Benefits
Every member of the Coral team participates in Coral University. Twice each year, in the Spring and Fall, Coral offers 4 classes on a variety of topics and every team member must take one class. Coral University builds our team’s capacities and allows our team members to expand their knowledge and skill set. Classes range from “Advancing your Excel Skills” to “What are Customer Service Best Practices”. Coral University classes are part of Coral’s dedication to the growth and education of our team members. Team members look forward to these classes and preceding every session there is a scramble to enroll in classes.
