Roost DC is a boutique property management company focused on condo associations and cooperatives throughout the District of Columbia. Managing buildings of any size requires quite a bit of finesse, attention to detail, strong systems, and great communications. We're committed to an outstanding partnership that delivers on a promise to provide one-of-a-kind building management. We believe excellent management is better for the owner, the building, the community, AND the city.
We are client forward, technology-loving, team based management company that provides full service management services to a portfolio of communities that range from 3 unit condos to 200+ homeowners association. We built our roost on strong support teams (accounting, project management, facilities, admin/governance) so that the client facing team can pivot as things pop up and know that the 'back of the house' will remain stable.
Company History
Roost DC is part of Flock DC-- a real estate brand bringing high touch client facing management services to residents in the District of Columbia. Under the wing of Flock, we have Nest DC (rental/multi-family property management), Starling DC (maintenance division), Birdwatch (property management for owner occupied spaces), birdSEED (our philanthropic arm that gives micro grants to DC makers and doers as well as downpayment assistance grants to black and Brown residents of DC and Philly). We've been managing spaces for over fourteen years and have won lots of awards, but most importantly we've been able to provide great jobs for our team members and protect 'home' for our clients.
