Company Overview
As the first dedicated, full-service community management company in Baltimore, Maryland, Residential Realty Group (RRG) has been around the block.
In fact, we’ve “been around” the houses, the condos, the high rises and every property that needs management. We’ve organized the most tangled finances, repaired and restored the worst storm damages, tested every building material, ever. We’ve even removed a herd buffalo. We do all of this—buffalo removal included—24/7.
Why does this experience matter? In Maryland, condominium and association management is complicated; as new laws pass, it’s growing more so. It pays to select a management company with a track record of risk mitigation, costs savings, headache reduction and generally preparing for all the things that can go wrong.
And it’s not just our company that’s experienced. The majority of our executives and assistants have been with us for 15 years. Likewise, our principals and owners, Joan Glasser Magill and Louise J. Hood, have been pioneers in the industry, becoming some of the first people to manage properties and associations, period.
There is no secret formula to our success. We work harder, know more, care more and ask the right questions to bring resolution and harmony to our clients. Oh, and we don’t take shortcuts or charge hidden fees.
