Rampart Properties (An Associa Member Company) was formed in 1975. We currently manage over 190 communities consisting of over 55,000 condominium units and single family homes. Our portfolio of properties consists of high rise condominiums, single family master planned communities, golf course communities and townhomes. Rampart Properties is an Accredited Association Management Company through Community Associations Institute. Our firm focuses strongly on the education of our managers and Board Member clients through informative seminars, guest lecturers and education materials.

Benefits
Community Managers are also reimbursed for mileage and cell phone expenses. In addition, all State licensing renewal costs and continuing education are reimbursed by the Company. Additional designations through NBC-CAM and CAI are encouraged and the expense associated is reimbursed to the employee.
