Professional Community Management, Inc. (ProCom) is a privately-owned, full service community association management company. We have been serving the Baltimore/DC/Annapolis area since 1991, and currently manage a portfolio of approximately 65 homeowner and condominium associations in Anne Arundel, Prince George's, Howard, Carroll, and Calvert counties. We utilize our more than 25 years of industry experience to assist each of our Boards of Directors to make the best short, intermediate and long term decisions for their respective associations. We carry out those decisions, as well as all other association and Board responsibilities, which in turn improves the overall quality of life, maximizing the return on investment for every homeowner. In short, we help our Boards be the best they can be while providing the highest level of customer service in the industry.
