Company Overview
PDS manages all sizes and types of communities from small condo communities in Sun City to large master planned communities in Glendale, Peoria and Surprise. PDS is located in Peoria, AZ and focuses its marketing efforts in the West Valley including Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, El Mirage, Goodyear, Avondale, Phoenix and NW Scottsdale. PDS has been ranked in the top 10 of The Best Places to Work over the past several years. PDS has 50 employees and almost half of these employees have been working at PDS for over 10 years. PDS currently utilizes TOPS and SmartWebs.

Planned Development Services (PDS) has been in business since 1995.
Benefits
-Community Managers receive a company paid cell phone and tablet. They also receive a company paid gas card they can use for 100% of their fuel purchases (business and personal) throughout the month.
-Community Managers have a very flexible work schedule working Monday-Thursday and an occasional Friday.
-Business casual dress code as well as jeans may be worn any day of the week with a company provided logoed shirt.
-The break room at the office is fully stocked with breakfast and lunch items, snacks, soda, coffee and water. There is never any need to go out and grab something to eat.
-PDS has a 401(k) match of $.50 on every $1 contributed by the employee up to 4% of their salary.
