Lake Park Condominium Association is a 506 unit condominium complex that filed to incorporate in 1978 as a condominium association located near Lake Murray in La Mesa, CA. It is within a 10 minute walking distance to a variety of eateries, Vons grocery store, flower shop, postal annex, dentist office, doggie day care, small convenience store and car repair shop.
Benefits
The Association pays 80% and the employee 20% of medical/dental. Vacation is accrued. There are (3) sick days per year under current law that is posted to each employee's account in January, once they have passed the probationary stage.
