Company Overview
Lake Mission Viejo Association is a non-profit corporation consisting of 24,000 residential property owners within the planned community of Mission Viejo, California. LMVA, as the Master Association owns and operates the Lake facilities, which include approximately 124 surface acres of water and 50 acres of land, including two beaches, a marina, parking facilities, and the Market on the Lake dock, and dam. Being in operation for thirty-six (36) years, it offers many amenities to its members such as landscaped picnic areas that overlook sand beaches, picnic tables, horseshoe pits, playgrounds, volleyball and basketball courts, barbecues, swimming, stocked fishing, boating, summer concerts, classes, and the use of a Club House.
