Company Overview
Proven since 1979, Invest West Management is a full-serve property management and real estate company servicing the entire Pacific Northwest with offices in Portland and the Vancouver area. Our services include management of Community Associations (HOAs, Condominiums, Townhomes, and PUDs) throughout Oregon and Washington, along with the management and maintenance of multi-family apartments, multiplexes, condominiums, single-family rentals, commercial, industrial, and retail buildings. We have licensed realtors on staff for Oregon and Washington. Since our founding, we have been a leader in the property management field. Our staff is comprised of professionals and our services are based on the best practices within our industry.

Company History
Invest West Management was founded in 1979 by Steve Barber, beginning with 150 single-family and multifamily doors. During the 1980s, the company used innovative approaches, including offering flyovers of the Vancouver area to potential property owners.
In 1999, Invest West expanded into HOA management and began to take on more rental properties, serving 150 single-family doors, 150 multifamily doors, and 3 HOAs with a total of 300 doors.
In 2008, Steve Barber fully retired, and his son, Chris Barber, took over as the Owner and President of Invest West Management, continuing the company’s legacy. As a family-owned and operated business for two generations, Invest West has grown while staying true to its roots.
By 2020, Invest West acquired Ross Pacific, merging the two companies and strengthening its position in the industry. In 2021, the leadership team adopted EOS as a business strategy, propelling Invest West forward.
Today, the company proudly serves over 800+ single-family doors, 1100+ multifamily doors, 450 storage units, 50,000 square feet of commercial space, and 106 HOAs with 8,000 doors. Invest West Management operates five divisions: Rental, HOA, Maintenance, Corporate, and Accounting. The company employs over 58 full-time employees, both corporate and onsite, and is supported by 15 remote team members from around the world, including Mexico, Nicaragua, Kenya, South Africa, the Philippines, and El Salvador.
