Company History
Since its inception in 1982, HRW, Inc. has specialized in the operation of owner’s associations throughout North Carolina. For more than 25 years, our sole focus has been providing property services that enrich communities and enhance the value of the properties we serve.
Over the years, we have evolved numerous systems and procedures that have been well tested to ensure that every aspect of each association receives adequate attention. Installed at our Raleigh and Cary, North Carolina locations are state-of-the-art computers and office equipment that allow our staff to perform their daily functions in the most efficient, secure, and organized manner.
HRW, Inc. is an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) and an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
HRW, Inc. is also affiliated with the National Association of Housing Cooperatives (NAHC) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
