Company Overview
Greentrees Village is a 55-and-older manufactured and modular home community located in the coastal City of Florence, Oregon. Each of the 567 lots is individually owned. The village features peace and quiet in hand-cleared, secluded lots, framed by a lush green background of native foliage. We are located on the Central Oregon coast, 65 miles west of Eugene, Oregon.
The many amenities available include a clubhouse, recreation hall, tennis court and bocce ball court. The clubhouse includes a library, coffee room with fireplace, exercise room, pool table and ping pong table for visiting children, restrooms, outdoor adult pool that is open year round with an indoor Jacuzzi and sauna. There is also a family pool that is only open three months in the summer from mid June to early September. Both pools have dressing rooms with showers.
The recreation hall is used for many activities such as potlucks, bingo, bunco, computer classes, exercise classes, breakfasts, holiday dinners and Board of Directors meetings. There are two pool tables and a snooker table available for use. Owners are allowed to have pets.
The City of Florence, of which Greentrees Village is a part, maintains a large library, has a modern hospital and a full range of professional services: doctors, dentists, optometrists, accountants, attorneys, etc. There is an airport for private planes, several marinas, a community college, many full-service banks and the Rhody Bus that picks up residents in front of our clubhouse eight times a day on an hourly basis. There is an events center that hosts several venues. Other activities available in the area are boating, fishing, crabbing, beach-combing, sand dune buggies and the Three Rivers Casino.
