Company Profile
DMB Community Life
Company Overview
Since 1997, DMB Community Life has applied our unique Community Life Model™ to distinguish the communities we serve. Together with our stakeholders, we create special places where people lead richer, more fulfilling lives that are rewarded in the market and well-regarded in the larger community. We are an innovative market leader providing association management and developer services with an emphasis on resident engagement, communications, and operations and governance.
We believe community matters and that people own what they help create. Our core values - trust, reciprocity, spirit and legacy - guide our relationship with each other, and with our clients, partners and community stakeholders.

Company History
DMB Community Life and the philosophy behind our work was birthed within DMB Associates, a highly respected, innovative master-planned developer known for legacy projects such as DC Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona, Verrado in Buckeye, Arizona, Kukui'ula on the island of Kauai, and many others throughout the western U.S. DMB believes that thoughtful development should include not only a master plan, but a lifestyle vision, as well. The Community Life team makes that vision real.
In 2017, DMB Community Life became a separately incorporated wholly-owned division of DMB, and in 2018, the company was acquired by four members of the Community Life leadership team. Today we continue serving the needs of DMB communities while extending our services to other developers, partners and communities in Arizona, Colorado, California and beyond.
