D.H. Bader Management Services, based in Laurel, MD., has been specializing in the management of homeowner associations and condominium associations throughout suburban Maryland since 1991.

Our goal is to provide high quality, timely, and accurate management services for our community associations in a user friendly, cost effective, and expedient manner.
David H. Bader, CMCA, AMS, B.A., established D.H. Bader Management Services in 1991 after seven years of establishing and managing community associations for a local development firm. The company's office is conveniently located in Laurel, Maryland, midway between Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
In addition to managing established homeowner associations, condominium associations, and office condominiums, the firm also provides consulting services for new communities and developer clients by setting up and managing new communities.
D.H. Bader Management Services and its staff are active members of the Community Associations Institute, with David Bader having served on the Board of Directors of the Chesapeake Region Chapter, and previously having served on the Board of Directors of the Washington Chapter and several committees of the local and National Chapters.
