Harbour Place Condominium Association is an 81 unit prestigious hi-rise located on the waterfront of the Elizabeth River in Norfolk, Virginia. The building was originally a cold storage facility that was converted to luxury condos in 1984. It was the first condo established in downtown Norfolk. It is within a short walking distance to museums, art galleries, the Virginia Symphony and the Harrison Opera House, as well as to shopping and dozens of fine restaurants.
