Company History
In the early 1980’s, the community management industry was most prominently identified by two unfortunate characteristics: unethical practices and lack of professionalism. It was against this backdrop that Action Property Management was founded with the goal of changing that perception, by offering professional service delivered with the highest degree of integrity and unsurpassed ethical conduct. Beginning with one person and one client in a small office in Anaheim, Action quickly established a new standard, consisting of a simple philosophy – always do the right thing and serve clients with the utmost respect and care. From these simple beginnings, Action has achieved the position of one of the most prominent management companies in the country.
