Access Management Group has enjoyed an outstanding reputation in the condominium and homeowner association management industry since the 1970’s. Access Management Group has been able to assemble a staff comprised of the most educated and elite Community Association Managers that is unmatched in Georgia. Throughout the last thirty-plus years, our company’s goal has been to form a partnership with the associations in protecting, preserving, and enhancing their real estate investment. Our office is equipped with a state-of-the-art software system, with specially designed programs for community association management, and accounting.
Company History
Dick Ruthven acquired the company in 1999 and has since transformed Access Management Group into the industry leader in customer service and innovation. Access Management Group consists of more than 60 employees and over 250 community association partners consisting of more than 40,000 homes. The dedicated employees strive for the common goal of treating every association like it’s their home and handling the concerns of each and every homeowner in conjunction with the Board of Directors.

Access Management Group is extremely proud to be part of the elite group of community association management companies that have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Access Management Group is one of only 150 management companies nationwide and 1 of 5 in Georgia that have earned the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field. To earn the AAMC distinction, management companies need three years of experience in community association management, and at least 50 percent of their managers must have earned professional designations.
