Company Overview

The Keys is a 21 acre condominium complex with 792 units situated in the foothills of Mt Diablo near downtown Walnut Creek. The campus’ private roads and sidewalks connect 16 residential buildings and numerous amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym and clubhouse.

The Keys has a number of assets, including the following:
• More amenities (pools, gym, tennis courts, clubhouse) than almost any HOA in the area;
• Proximity to major transportation corridors (BART and I680);
