As an HOA Manager with Surfside Realty Company, you will be the dynamic leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of homeowners associations. Your role is pivotal in fostering a vibrant community atmosphere while ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing property values. You'll engage with residents, manage property maintenance, and uphold fair housing standards, all while driving exceptional customer service and conflict resolution.
What you’ll do
Manage day-to-day operations of homeowners associations, ensuring smooth functioning and resident satisfaction Oversee property maintenance activities to ensure high standards are met across all community areas Facilitate effective communication between residents, board members, and vendors to promote a collaborative environment Administer contracts and negotiate agreements with vendors for services such as landscaping, maintenance, pool, and security Utilize property management software for efficient data entry, filing, and customer relationship management Handle conflict management effectively to resolve resident disputes in a timely manner Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess conditions and identify areas for improvement

Requirements
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in managing daily operations of multiple HOA communities Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction Proficient in administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and office management
Preferred qualifications
HOA specific management experience as a Community Manager (not Property Manager) Knowledge of fiscal management and budgeting Comprehensive understanding of governing documents Facilitating annual and board meetings, preparing reports Familiarity with conflict resolution techniques and negotiation strategies Background in facilities management Knowledge and expertise in CINC software CAI and/or CAMICB Certification preferred
