You will be responsible for prospecting, dealing with client concerns and questions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the year. About the candidate
Skills, attributes, and responsibilities.
We are looking for a candidate who can:
Promote, cultivate, grow and manage strategic relationships for GetQuorum within the DMV area (Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina)
Identify and develop new strategic business opportunities at all property management firms to expand the customer base through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct business development initiatives to grow GetQuorum's reputation amongst DMV based HOAs and Condos
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients and respond to sales-related inquiries in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with Community Association Managers and other Property Management Professionals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align sales strategies.
Periodically attend in-person events, local trade shows and other related events to represent the company and build industry connections.
May require local and international travel (up to 20%)
Must Haves
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
At least 3+ years of Account Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar role
Proven experience in the HOA and Condo industry
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
Ambitious, self-starter who can work proficiently independently or as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Hubspot, and other sales tools
Ability to travel as needed.
Nice to have skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- A 30 - 45 min Sales Technical Assessment Interview with our Sales Team
- A 20 - 30 min interview with our Regional Sales member in Florida
- A 20 - 30 min interview with our Co-founder, CEO
