Bersh HOA is a rapidly expanding residential association management platform that acquires and partners with established, independent HOA management companies across the U.S. We specialize in preserving local brands, empowering existing teams, and providing the tools and capital to help them grow. We are now seeking an experienced HOA Property Manager ready to take the next step — leading operations, developing staff, and building out a regional presence with the backing of a national platform.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a proven HOA Property Manager who has mastered community operations and wants to evolve into a leadership position. You’ll manage a portfolio of associations while gradually overseeing additional staff and business units as we expand in your region. You’ll be given autonomy, local decision-making authority, and long-term growth potential — including opportunities for performance-based bonuses and equity participation as your region scales.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day HOA operations, board communications, and vendor management.
Recruit, train, and mentor community managers and support staff as the regional office grows.
Drive operational excellence and consistency across associations.
Manage financial performance, budgets, and reporting with accounting support.
Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term retention.
Partner with corporate leadership on regional growth initiatives and acquisitions.
Uphold the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and community service.

Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years HOA property management experience (CMCA or higher preferred).
Proven ability to lead teams and handle a complex portfolio of communities.
Strong financial and operational acumen.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something meaningful.
Local market knowledge and community relationships a plus.
